Shipping & Handling
  • We ship to worldwide locations except for some limitations.
  • Shipping cost is listed on the product information page. The shipping rate is based on the rates charged by local couriers.
  • We will ship the product from our UK warehouse for all European countries’ orders.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders will be available for shipment within 3 business days after payment has been cleared. Delivery time generally take 3-5 business days to reach most of the European countries.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped. A tracking number from the local courier will be provided to you. Buyers can also track the item through “My Account” on SurePromise website.

Insurance

  • For high value orders, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss and damages during the shipping process. You can select the insurance option in your check out page. An additional charge of 0.5% of the total item price will apply.
  • All items are carefully packaged for export delivery. SurePromise will not be liable to item damage or lost during the shipping process.
  • In the event that insurance was purchased and a claim for shipping insurance needs to be filed, please contact Customer Services to initiate the claim. SurePromise will refund the cost or replace the item upon receiving confirmation from the insurance company for the compensation.
 
Payment Policy

Payment Methods

  • The following payment methods are accepted:
    • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
    • PayPal
  • We only accept PayPal payment for order under GBP500. SurePromise reserves the right to request payment via telegraphic transfer (T/T) for any orders.
  • For payment by T/T, please contact Customer Services for transfer details.

Payment Terms

  • For Just in Time orders, payment terms should follow the content of the contract or invoice.Normally, buyers are required to pay deposits of 30% of the order total within 3 business days upon confirmation of the purchase contract. The balance of 70% must be settled before the shipment date.
  • For Buy Sample orders, buyers should make full payment after placing the order.
  • Delivery will only be made after full payment has been settled.
 
 
Customs clearance, import duties and VAT
  • All European countries’ orders will be shipped from UK warehouse, therefore the order will not be subject to import duties.
  • The price we listed is VAT included.
  • SurePromise will not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.
 
Certifications
  • Each country has its own certification requirements. While SurePromise will ensure the quality standards of the products, It is your responsibility to ensure that individual products meet the certification requirements of your country before you purchase the product.
  • If you have a specific question about a product, please contact our Customer Services directly.
 
Return Policy
  • You may return new, unopened items for store credit, less a 20% restocking fee, within 7 business days of items arrival. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact.
  • Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or the product cost credited for other store purchases if the buyer reports the problems within 7 business days of item arrival.
  • For all returns, the buyer must contact SurePromise’s Customer Services in writing to describe reason for returns and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the items back for exchange or credit.
  • The buyer will be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to SurePromise for exchange or credit. Shipping and handling fees will not be credited.
  • The buyer will also be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when SurePromise returns the replaced items to the buyer.
  • SurePromise will not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable mean to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.
  • We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items within 3 to 5 days of receiving them.
 
System Outages
  • SurePromise periodically schedules system downtime for maintenance and other purposes. Unplanned system outages may also occur. Surepromise will have no liability whatsoever for the resulting unavailability of the Site or for any loss of data or transactions caused by planned or unplanned system outages or the resultant delay, misdelivery, nondelivery of information caused by such system outages, or any third party acts or any other outages of web host providers or the Internet infrastructure and network external to the Site.
 
Other Terms & Conditions
  • We reserve the rights to terminate any transactions and refund you the full payment.
  • We reserve the rights to modify our shipping and handling, return policy, and other terms and conditions without prior notice.
