How do I source with SurePromise? |
SurePromise offers two modes of ordering, namely “Just in Time” order and “Buy Sample” order.
Just in Time
The concept of Just in Time order is to simplify the sourcing process for overseas buyers. SurePromise’s platform is a user friendly online shopping interface.By being a user of SurePromise, you can source products from the PRC suppliers just as if you are doing any online shopping.
The underlying activities in the sourcing process will be taken care of by SurePromise.These include:
- Selection of reliable sellers
- Discussion on product specifications
- Price negotiation
- Conclusion of contracts
- Quality inspection
- Logistics arrangement
- Customs declaration and clearance
Buy Sample
If you are uncertain about whether certain item is suitable for your business or you are deciding on a bulk purchase, Buy Sample will be useful for you.The Buy Sample function allows you to obtain product sample from suppliers easily.This is especially useful for buyers who intend to make bulk purchase and helps in deciding whether tailor-made order should be made.
Additional services for bulk purchase
It is possible to obtain lower prices by ordering a large quantity.Whenever a bulk purchase order is received, SurePromise will examine whether a more competitive price can be obtained from suppliers.SurePromise will assist in negotiating for lower product price and arrange for a more cost efficient way of delivery whenever possible.

How do I make a Just in Time order? |
Once you have found the products you want to order, you can make a Just in Time order. To do so, just click the “Order Now” button below the item name in the item details page.You will then be directed to your “Shopping Cart”.
Please confirm the quantity of order in your Shopping Cart.If you want to remove an item, you can enter zero in the quantity and click “Update Quantity”.If you want to clear the Shopping Cart, please click “Empty Order”.All items in your Shopping Cart will then be removed.
When you have finished selecting the items for Just in Time order, please click the “Check Out” button at the bottom left corner of the “Shopping Cart”.Alternatively, you can proceed to Check Out by selecting “My Just in Time Order” in the “My Account” page.
We will then ask you to confirm your delivery address. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. You will be presented with the payment and delivery options which are available for your order. These options will vary depending on your location.If you want to make use of your discount coupons, please enter the coupon code in the field.
After completing the details, you will be presented with a summary of your order.If you find the details correct, please select “Confirm” to place your order.If you want to change any details, simply click “Back” to go back to previous pages.You will receive an on-screen acknowledgement with your order number and details, which you should make a note of for future reference. Our customer service executive will also confirm the order details, such as stock availability and lead time, with you within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To ensure your order can be processed promptly, we will process “Just in Time” order and “Buy Sample” order separately.Therefore, you will need to separately check out for your “Buy Sample” order.

If you want to order a sample before placing a wholesale order, you can make a “Buy Sample” order. To do so, just click the “Buy Sample” button below the item name in the item details page.You will then be directed to your “Shopping Cart”.

What does the price represent? |
| All prices are shown in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.Except for sample prices, all prices are exclusive of shipping costs. |

| The prices listed have included VAT, import duties, and customs clearance costs levied by the UK government.The buyer is only responsible for other import-related costs, if any. |

| Does SurePromise have a minimum or maximum order quantity? |
| The minimum order quantity is 1 case per order.We do not set any maximum order quantity. |

| Do you have available inventory of all listed items on your website? |
To ensure our customers achieve lowest costs in sourcing, we make our efforts to minimize our carrying costs and storage costs.As such, we do not normally keep inventory of the items listed except for small amount of inventory for “Buy Sample” customers.
Once we received your Just in Time order, we will contact the suppliers immediately to confirm the lead time.We will send you a confirmation email before you need to pay the deposits.You reserve the right to disagree with the order arrangement if the lead time is longer than what we listed.
Don’t worry if you are placing a “Buy Sample” order.We always keep inventory for “Buy Sample” order.You will normally receive your samples within 5 to 8 working days after payment has been settled. |

| If you are interested in ordering more than a few cartons of an item, we may be able to offer you some volume price discounts. Please contact us at inquiry@surepromise.com and indicate the SKU and quantity required for a quotation. |
