Yes.You will need to register in order to use SurePromise’s sourcing services. Registering with us will make your visits to SurePromise much quicker and easier:
- You can avoid the tedious task of filling out your name, shipping information, and email address again each time of your order.
- You can always keep track of your order history in the “My Account” page.
- You can receive our newsletters on market trends, special notices on discounts and events.

How to register? |
To begin the registration process, click the “Register” icon at the top of the website. You will need to provide us with a user name (your email address) and a password (min 6 characters).Just in case you forget your password, we will ask you to provide us a security question which only you will know the answer.We will then ask you to complete some personal details and you may want to enter your preferred delivery address.
Please keep the information in your account current and private.You can edit your account details at any time by logging into your account. |

How do I log in to my account on SurePromise? |
Once you have registered with us, you will be able to log in to SurePromise at any time. Just click the “Sign in” link at the top of your screen and enter your user ID (your email address), password and the four-digit security code shown in the page. If you have forgotten your password, please click the “Forgot Password” Button next to the Password field.
Signing in makes it more convenient for you to place order as your address, payment and shipping preferences will be readily filled in. While signed-in, you can change your personal details and your preferences you have entered previously.

| What should I do if I have forgotten my password? |
For security reasons, all passwords have been encrypted. Therefore, we are unable to disclose this information. If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one at http://www.SurePromise.com/Login_Forgot.asp.
You will be asked to enter your user ID and provide the answer to your security question.Once the security answer has been verified, you will be allowed to create a new password.You can then login using your user ID and the new password.

| How do I search for products? |
There are several ways of finding products on SurePromise. You can browse through our entire range by selecting the product category you are interested in at the left hand column or search for specific products using the search function at the top of the page.
Browse
You can browse through our entire online catalogue by selecting one of our main product categories at the column on the left. Each time you select a category from the main menu, you will then be shown a list of relevant sub-categories.
Search
You can also search for products by name or the 12-digit SKU (e.g. 700001339196). Simply enter the type of product (e.g. MP3, nail sticker) into the search field and we will return all of the products that match with your chosen word. Entering a valid SKU into this search field will take you straight to that product.
